I'm for him, but he's ugly

Merry Christmas to everyone! I recorded a short show, but hopefully, you'll enjoy it. It hits the high points of the holidays, like making money, Twitter did, and Red Hat too! Your E-books are now DRM free, and Apple is still a spoiled brat.

REALLY US Military!?

I talk about the sheer madness of the US Military's drone video feed being hacked, the judicial precedent on lawyer's friends, and cell phone warrants. I don't go so googley eyed about the new Android device, and Chrome is now the #3 browser.

Some Apple Tablet conspiracy theories, some piracy, and hacking. I also talk about some social engineering, and some that aren't that social. Besides the obvious money story, well, there are other money stories.

Baron takes a Hiatus

This week, I was not availible to record, so Justin (@mcafee15) stepped in and recorded the entire podcast himself, there is no intro music this week either, as my being away made it difficult to edit in the intro. @mcafee15 did a great job in my absence, but you can expect me to be flying solo for the rest of the December.
Justin did a great job talking about the topics this week, which were all over the place.

Lungs Beyond Economical Repair

So I this is the second attempt at a co-host show, and the audio actually worked this time, so we will do this from now on. This week, I have on Erik Boyer from NWOCA, he unfortunatly doesn't have a twitter account I can give out. While you were off grabbing some great deals on this black Friday, we were talking about things ranging from the LHC to the ACTA treaty. Remember to call your senators!

Google Pulls an Apple?

Ok, well this is the first time that I have had a cohost, and I think that @mcafee15 did a great job, but unfortunatley recording the skype call with callgraph wasn't so successful. My apologies for the poor audio, I have a better idea for the next time I have a cohost. We put on a great show, if only in our minds, the audio quality was just too poor to publish. Here are the show notes, if you want to look through the articles that we talked about:

Also,
I said that the image contest would be ending today, but I changed my mind, you have until the end of 2009 to create and submit your design.

Goog & MSFT

I thought I would be talking for a while due to the number of stories I had, I got a little worried. But I kept myself tame, a few minutes spent on Droid, a few on that other smartphone, and then there is Nokia. Then Google vs. Microsoft talk, back and forth, need to work on my transitions though.

The Day of Droid

I have Droid news, and Droid stories, did I mention, a Droid story? You are probably sick of the phone by now, but that was the way that I felt with the iPhone. I talk about some other things as well, so don't worry too much, just start a little less than half-way through. I forgot to mention in the audio, so I'll put it here:

Some Complications

Okay,

This was a little unexpected.

I have the first episode, and if you want to hear it feel free to email me, and I'll be glad to send it to you. mbaron50[at]gmail[punto]com.

To clarify, this is sorta going to be the way that it goes, but only for a little while. I will post here the show notes on Fridays until I put the audio up as well.

Hit up the email if you want it, and I realize that I didn't really explain anything in this post, about why the audio didn't go up, but if you want that, I'll send it to you in the email too.
